INTERNATIONAL MATCHES - 2008/2009

1          The closing date for applications is 3rd December 2009.  Late applications will not be accepted.

2.         Applications will only be accepted by paid up members.  The applications will be checked against the membership list and any applications form non members will be automatically rejected.  Please pay your membership to Sam Wesley.

3.         The minimum order is two tickets per game; but you do not have to order tickets for every game.

4.         Any tickets allocated to you are for your personal use only.  If you are unable to use the tickets please inform Peter Lacey and he will try and sell them to another Club member on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that the tickets issued to you do not appear on the black market.  The Club takes this responsibility very seriously as the Club could suffer a reduction in its allocation from the RFU if any of its tickets are found on the black market.

Any member whose tickets appear on the black market will be subject to disciplinary action by the Club and this includes expulsion from the Club.

5.         Payment must accompany all applications.  Cheques must be made payable to “H&FRFC”.

6.         The chances are that you will receive your full allocation for the Italy game, but tickets for the France and Scotland games may be harder to come by; please do not over order.

7.         If you are not allocated any tickets or are allocated a lower number or lower priced tickets then you will be entitled to a refund.

8.         The minimum application per game is 2 tickets.

9.         This year all of the administration fees will be donated to the Stuart Mangan Appeal.

10.       All applicants agree to comply with the RFU’s Ticketing Terms & Conditions, which can be found on the RFU website (www.rfu.com).
