WHOLE CLUB DEVELOPMENT PLAN |

The Club is
participating in the RFU's Whole Club Development Plan programme.
This programme is designed to help Clubs plan for the future.
The first stage is the completion of an online survey by Club
members. This was carried out during the summer (many thanks
to all those who took the time to complete the survey) and the
results were presented to the Committee of Management, Captains and
invited members of the Club by Phil Duffy, RFU Regional Development
Officer, at The Royal British Legion on 2nd September 2009. Click here to view the presentation. The survey was split into three parts Click on each of the above to see the results. The next stage is to carefully analyse the results of the survey and identify how the Club wishes to develop over the short and medium term. Tom Clarke has agreed to assist the Committee in this work and will be reviewing all aspects of the Club's activities. The aim will be to consult widely at every stage so that as many people as possible commit to achieving the objectives.. Further information will be posed here as it becomes available. |
